What You Will Do:

- Lead design activities for innovative technologies, cost optimisation, and breakthrough ideas, focusing on Body in White (BiW) and trim components.

- Conduct technical studies, including benchmarking, FMEA, and part/system design, while building business cases through cost analysis.

- Oversee validation and adoption of new designs, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and timing metrics.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturing plants, and cross-functional teams across Europe, Japan, and India.
