A respected and thriving automotive bodyshop in Portsmouth is seeking an experiencedBodyshop Managerto take charge of their workshop operations and lead a dedicated team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable bodyshop professional who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys developing teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality repair standards.

About the Role

You will oversee the full day-to-day running of a busy workshop. Managing a great team thats very settled, youll ensure that work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.

Your role will include workflow coordination, staff support and motivation, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and external partners.
