- Carry out vehicle body repairs including panel replacements, welding, and painting
- Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate cost estimates

- Ensure all work is compliant with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality repairs within specified deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of repair procedures and parts used
- Recent qualification in automotive body repairs such as NVQ, City & Guilds, IMI, or equivalent
- Genuine passion for vehicle bodywork and repair processes
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to follow all health and safety protocols
