Job Title: Bodyshop Workshop Manager

Location: Croydon, CR0

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends)

Whether it is minor car park damage or a road traffic accident our clients 195 repair centres provide a range of services that use modern repair methods to put your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, ensuring we repair every vehicle with utmost pride and care.

They are now looking for a Bodyshop Workshop Manager for their Accident Repair Bodyshop in Croydon.

As Bodyshop Workshop Manager, you will:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

* Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

* Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repair processes.

* Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.

* Work collaboratively with other departments to drive performance and meet business targets.



What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in a similar bodyshop workshop management or supervisory role.

* Experience working in the automotive accident repair industry.

* Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and diagnostics.

* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.



You must be able to:

* Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicle are ready to agreed timescale

* Work skillfully and safely under pressure

* Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification

* Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision

* Be flexible in your approach

* Ensure that all tasks carried out follow Health and Safety Procedures
