Booking and Customer Service Clerk - Immingham - Up to £30,000

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Salary & Benefits

The role will be shaped according to the successful candidate's experience. You will take a hands-on role within the bookings and customer service function, acting as a key link between customers and internal planning teams.

Key Responsibilities

Take day-to-day responsibility for the Bookings and Customer Service function Act as the main point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries Process and manage bookings using internal systems Provide customers with accurate and timely information Liaise closely with transport and export planning teams to ensure smooth operations Support service delivery and help maintain high customer satisfaction levelsPerson Specification
