Key Responsibilities:\nMaintain accurate Accounting & financial records and support overall bookkeeping activities.\nAssist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.\nManage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments (training provided)\nSales and Purchase Ledger processing\nHandle payment transactions efficiently and securely.\nComplete client VAT returns with accuracy and compliance.\nMonitor key deadlines and ensure all financial obligations are met.\nAbout You:\nExcellent attention to detail and time management\nA collaborative and solutions-focused mindset\nYou’re comfortable using accounting software Xero, or similar and are happy to learn new systems\nSelf-discipline, organised, proactive, able to make and justify own decisions
