Location: Llanelli Salary: £26,000 £28,000 (depending on experience) Contract Type: Fixed-term (approx. 12 months maternity cover) Working Pattern: Full-time preferred; part-time considered About the Role An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a busy professional environment on a 12-month maternity cover contract. While full-time hours are preferred, part-time applicants will also be considered. There is potential for the role to be extended beyond the initial term on either a part-time or full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers Processing invoices and reconciling accounts Carrying out bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow Assisting with payroll processing where required Preparing financial reports for management Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal procedures Requirements Previous experience in a bookkeeping role (legal sector experience advantageous but not essential) Strong understanding of bookkeeping and account...
