Do you have experience within Fashion / Footwear retail and feel confident in running a high end Mayfair Boutique Store?


We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Store Manager to lead our Mayfair boutique. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a dynamic retail environment.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, delivering an exceptional client experience, and managing a small team of approximately three staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Deliver a high level of personalised customer service aligned with the brand
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 3 staff members
  • Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
  • Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure the store environment reflects a polished, welcoming, and premium aesthetic

About You

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident, outgoing, and naturally customer-focused
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve
  • Comfortable managing a small team and leading by example
  • An interest in fashion, luxury retail, or boutique environments
  • Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Well-presented with a keen eye for style and detail, reflecting the brand
