Our client, a growing provider in the Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) market, is looking for a BPA Transition Manager.

The role presents an excellent opportunity to work on end-to-end BPA transitions - from deal execution through to buy-out - while building trusted relationships with trustees, EBCs, and administrators.

Key highlights of the role include, Leading transition projects from buy-in to buy-out; Representing the company in Trustee and EBC meetings; Ensuring operational readiness for scheme transitions; and Collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Ideally, you'll have, Strong knowledge of UK DB pensions and the BPA market; Proven experience in BPA transitions and stakeholder engagement; Solid project management background; and a Proactive and adaptable approach.
