Are you a precision-driven operator who knows their way around an Amada? We are looking for a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our customers team.
We currently manage a diverse workflow of approximately 400 different part blanks. Your role will be to take these blanks and fold them to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality output across a wide variety of components.
The Role
* Setting and operating Amada Brake Presses.
* Working with a high volume of varied parts (400+ active designs).
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fold sequences.
* Conducting first-off inspections and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements
* Proven track record operating Brake Presses (Amada preferred).
* Ability to select correct tooling and handle varied material gauges.
* While we don't strictly require a full Programmer, the ability to program at the machine or make offline adjustments is a significant advantage and will be reflected in the package.
* With 400 different parts in rotation, your ability to switch between setups efficiently is key.
