The Role
Managing and motivating a team of negotiators to achieve and exceed targets Driving branch performance across sales (and lettings if applicable) Winning new business and building strong local market presence Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met Overseeing negotiations and securing the best outcomes for clients Maintaining compliance and operational excellence Representing the brand with professionalism and leadership
About You
Proven experience as a Branch Manager Strong leadership and people‑management skills Results‑driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Professional, proactive, and commercially minded Full UK driving licence
