We’re looking for a hands-on, high-performing Branch Manager or a proven Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to step up who still loves the buzz of winning business and closing deals.

This is a role for a doer who leads by example, not from behind a desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading from the front with consistent new business wins
Running your own billing desk (temp/perm) alongside managing the team
Building strong, long-term client relationships across the region
Coaching and developing consultants to improve performance
Creating a high-energy, success-driven culture
Driving branch growth, profitability, and market presenceWhat We’re Looking For

Proven Branch Manager experience or a top-performing Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to step up
A strong track record in recruitment sales and billing
Someone who still enjoys being on the tools and closing deals and building meaningful and long term relationships
Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of margin and growth
