What you NEED... Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Depot Manager or senior supervisory role within distribution, wholesale or a related sector Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a team Experience managing day-to-day branch operations including warehouse, logistics and customer service Commercial awareness with the ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business Confident using systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive improvements What you'll get in return...
