The Role As Branch Manager , you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Rugby branch. This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can develop new business opportunities while supporting and motivating a successful recruitment team. A successful Branch Manager will lead from the front, ensuring strong client relationships, consistent delivery for candidates, and the achievement of branch revenue targets. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of recruitment consultants
Driving branch performance against revenue and growth targets
Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across your sector(s)
Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise performance
Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations
Creating a positive and high performing culture within the branch
About You We are looking for a results driven recruitment professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering success. The ideal Branch Manager will have a proven track record of developing business and leading recruitment teams to achieve results. You will ideally have: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in a senior consultant or management role
Proven success in business development and client relationship management
Strong leadership and team development skills
A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to motivate and inspire a team
