Branch Manager Opportunity

Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 yearly + Commission

Location: Redditch

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead a high-performing, established team within a fast-paced, multi-sector recruitment branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a successful branch with a strong reputation.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will lead dynamic industrial and driving teams, ensuring high performance, strong client relationships, and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure service excellence
Manage and grow key client relationships
Drive revenue, performance targets, and strategic growth
Maintain high standards across multiple recruitment sectors What Makes This Role Stand Out

Lead a successful, established team with 25 years of presence
Manage a team of 6 Recruitment Consultants and a Branch Administrator
Work within a supportive management structure

Company car or car allowance from day one £450 - £500 per month Essential Skills and Experience

Proven management experience managing
Full UK driving licence
Strong recruitment industry experience, ideally within temporary recruitment market
Background in industrial and/or driving recruitment markets preferred
Demonstrated sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
