Job Description

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join the team at Bennetts Car Parts in Hoddesdon. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the branch, helping your team shine, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers always get great service. You’ll have a hand in everything from sales and logistics to team development and customer satisfaction. If you’re a hands-on leader who loves achieving great results and making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, encouraging, and supporting your team day-to-day
  • Taking the lead on sales, service, and overall branch operations
  • Getting involved in hiring, training, reviews, and planning for the future
  • Making sure the branch is safe, tidy, and up to standard
  • Keeping customer service front and centre and ensuring every customer leaves happy
  • Teaming up with our field teams to find new opportunities and build strong customer relationships
