Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager, with Lettings, Sales & Property management experience, to join a busy independent Estate agency business in Central Essex. Responsibilities
Lead the sales team, while being held accountable for individual targets and ensuring the overall office targets are exceeded. Maximise revenues and grow the property register. Utilise the company’s technology to generate and develop new business. Carry out all market appraisals and win new instructions within the local market for Lettings & Sales. Act as an industry expert to clients, landlords, tenants, applicants and colleagues, including cross selling of other services. Oversee front end of Lettings, to move in and management. Oversee all tenancy progression and sales administration. Develop and execute clear management strategies. Manage a team of negotiators and ensure targets are exceeded. Oversee the company’s sales pipeline and ensure properties move forward to change of contracts. Keep up to date with all legislation. ARLA & NAEA accreditations are a plus.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
A desire to play a core role in significantly scaling a business. A proven track record in Estate Agency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas concisely. Enjoy working in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Minimum of 3 years Lettings & Sales experience. Minimum of 1 year in a management level role. ARLA or NAEA qualification would be an advantage.
Salary and How to Apply Salary range is an OTE of around £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, with negotiable basic salary, a 6-month guaranteed period, and a substantial car allowance.
