You’ll also play a key role in valuing and listing properties while building long-term client relationships to fuel sustainable branch success. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within estate agency Ideal for an Assistant Branch Manager ready to step up or a Branch Manager seeking a new challenge Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills A track record of excellent customer service and business generation Resilient, ambitious, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-focused Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Full UK driving licence
