Branch Manager Hours: 44 hrs/week – Permanent role, 7 am – 4:30 pm Mon‑Fri, 8 am – 12 pm Sat rota. Salary: £32,190 basic per year. Bonus/OTE: up to £42,174 per year. Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring operational excellence. Maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales базу & market share. Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and team absences. Support regional recruitment and staff training. Deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets & maintain standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Hands‑on manager, leading by example with strong leadership & organisational skills. Passionate about customer service and sales. Commercial mindset to maximise margins, ensuring customer satisfaction. Valid full_OWNER driving licence. Prior experience in a similar role – trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing or uPVC environment desirable.
