Registered Branch Manager If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to join our Hornchurch branch as a Registered Branch Manager. In this role you will efficiently manage the day to day running of the business, allocate the right resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home care to meet our clients needs. You will build meaningful relationships with the individuals we support, your care team and your branch support teams; Efficiently manage the provision of care within the branch Actively manage and organise workloads to ensure that care is delivered in line with contract specifications and quality standards Market the business to prospective new customers and increase the company profile and hours delivered Proactively lead on all aspects of branch operations, while confidently managing your workload and business priorities Liaising with external stakeholders including CQC, local councils and the NHS. Experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior role within a CQC regulated service ~ Experience in managing and developing a high volume domiciliary care provision ~ Familiarity with LA/CCG contracts as well as generating growth in private markets ~ Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a proven track record of CQC inspections ~ Experience in leading day to day operations and manage performance, budget and resources ~ The ability to monitor quality, manage risk and drive improvements across your teams ~ A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or working towards or have a commitment to undertake.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to have a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
