Hospitality Manager - Fine Dining & Events, earn up to £45,000 + overtime available

We're recruiting an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead fine dining and hospitality services within a well-established, professional site supporting approximately 1,600 occupants daily. This is a people-focused leadership role within a settled, high-performing team, offering structure, balance, and the opportunity to enhance an already strong hospitality operation.

The role follows a Monday-Friday schedule, with daytime hours on Monday and Friday and shared evening responsibility across Tuesday - Thursday alongside the Assistant Hospitality Manager.

What you'll be doing
Overseeing fine dining, hospitality events, and overall service delivery
Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless food and service standards
Liaising with clients to plan and deliver upcoming hospitality requirements over the coming months
Enhancing and evolving the fine dining and hospitality experience for clients
Leading, supporting, and developing a long-established team
Maintaining high service standards while ensuring consistency and attention to detail
Building strong internal and external relationships through confident networking

Who we're looking for
Proven experience in a Hospitality Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
A calm, confident leader focused on maintaining and developing an existing team
Someone who improves processes thoughtfully without unnecessary change
Strong people-management skills with a supportive, caring leadership style
Focused on keeping teams engaged, motivated, and performing at their best
Confident in their own ability and comfortable representing the business
