The Brand
This is a fast-growing performance wear label at the intersection of sport, culture, and fashion. Recently backed with fresh investment, the brand is entering a new phase of growth - expanding into womenswear while continuing to build a strong menswear identity. Known for a darker, more subcultural aesthetic, the brand thrives on being social-first, culturally aware, and visually uncompromising.
The Role
The Brand & Graphic Designer will take ultimate responsibility for all graphic assets across the business. This is not an art-director role — it’s hands-on, creating compelling, social-first assets that define and amplify the brand identity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering assets primarily for Instagram and other social channels, often working closely with photographers or creating standalone visuals.
- Creating graphic assets for performance marketing campaigns, working with in-house teams to execute briefs.
- Supporting the product team with graphics for garments, collaborating with external graphic artists as needed.
- Ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints, from brand campaigns to cultural activations.
The Person
The right person will have a strong personal handwriting that leans into streetwear, countercultural, or avant-garde aesthetics - not clean, corporate, or overly commercial. They’ll be able to produce bold, creative work for social channels while understanding how to translate this style into performance marketing and product graphics.
They may come from apparel, new media, print, or fashion-adjacent industries, but they will have a clear creative edge and a portfolio that shows experimental, personal projects alongside professional work. Experience in agency or in-house is welcome, but the emphasis is on creativity, originality, and cultural awareness.
The role is office-based in London three days per week, with flexibility.
