We’re now hiring a Brand & Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion in London by developing strong relationships with premium hotels, luxury brands, and high-end service providers.
Role Summary
The Brand & Partnerships Manager will own, build, and scale Fairy Tale Proposals’ network of strategic partners across London. The role will also include supporting partnerships in our locations abroad including Dubai and Sydney. This role is central to driving revenue, increasing brand visibility, and securing high-value referral channels through hotels, venues, jewellers, concierge services, restaurants, and luxury brands.
You’ll identify opportunities, pitch partnership models, negotiate agreements, and nurture long-term relationships that result in consistent inbound business and elevated brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
* Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities with hotels, luxury venues, restaurants, jewellers, concierge services, lifestyle brands, and complementary suppliers.
* Develop compelling partnership pitches, decks, and packages showcasing the value of collaboration with Fairy Tale Proposals.
* Secure and negotiate referral agreements, exclusive collaborations, and preferred-partner arrangements.
* Drive revenue by establishing high-quality referral pipelines from premium hotels and luxury brands.
Relationship Management
* Serve as the main point of contact for all partners.
* Conduct regular check-ins, in-person visits, and relationship-building sessions with hotel events teams and brand partners.
* Ensure partners have the assets, training, and frameworks needed to confidently promote Fairy Tale Proposals to their clientele.
* Manage partner enquiries with speed, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Brand Growth & Strategy
* Work to create a clear brand & partnership roadmap for UK (predominantly London) as well as any international expansion, as required.
* Identify unmet market needs and propose new partnership products, packages, and co-branded offerings.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute co-marketing campaigns, social collaborations, and seasonal activations.
* Track performance metrics, produce monthly partner reports, and optimise based on conversion data.
Skills & Experience Required
* 2–5+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, Hospitality Sales, Events, or Luxury Brand Relationship roles.
* Strong network or experience within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or events.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to pitch confidently to senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to negotiate, close agreements, and maintain long-term business relationships.
* Highly organised, results-oriented, and commercially minded.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred
* Experience working with luxury hotels, private dining, or premium lifestyle brands.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership performance reporting.
* A personal interest in luxury experiences, events, or romantic/lifestyle brands.
