London - 4 days per week in office

c£100k+ commission


We are hiring a senior commercial sales professional to lead brand partnerships across EMEA for a portfolio of globally recognised, digital-first kids and family entertainment brands.


This is a high-impact individual contributor role with ownership of a key non-endemic vertical, focused on delivering £2M in regional revenue as part of a £6M international target.


The business sits at the intersection of premium IP, global scale and best-in-class digital distribution, with a dominant YouTube presence and highly engaged audiences. This role is central to unlocking that ecosystem for commercial partners across consumer and family-focused categories.


The role

You will own and execute the EMEA commercial strategy, driving video-led & bespoke partnerships and scalable revenue.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver £2M revenue across EMEA through digital video and integrated brand partnerships

• Leverage existing relationships to unlock quick wins with relevant brand partners

• Build and activate senior agency relationships, particularly across YouTube and digital video investment teams

• Identify, pitch and close high-value, multi-market partnerships rooted in premium kids and family IP

• Develop insight-led, data-driven commercial narratives aligned to client objectives

• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, ad ops, marketing, distribution and legal to deliver seamless execution

• Analyse performance and optimise campaigns to drive long-term growth and repeat revenue


Who we’re looking for

• 8+ years’ experience in digital video sales or integrated brand partnerships

• Strong network across family-focused and consumer brands within EMEA

• Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and YouTube-led sales environments

• Proven track record of closing high-value, strategic partnerships

• Ability to leverage relationships to generate revenue quickly

• Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating autonomously

• Experience working with premium IP or content-led environments is highly advantageous
