This is a sales-led retail business, and our front-of-house team is the engine.

We are hiring Brand Representatives — high-energy, confident sales performers who thrive on:

This is not passive retail.

You will be the face, voice, and energy of Candles & Oud on the shop floor.

• Actively stop and engage passing customers
• Confidently demonstrate fragrances and guide customers through the range
• Convert interest into sales through strong product knowledge and closing ability
• Drive AOV, repeat purchases, and loyalty sign-ups

• Deliver an exceptional, confident, and premium customer experience
• Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and presence
• Create moments that customers remember — not just transactions

• Work towards clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Take ownership of your personal performance
