Shifts M-F 6am-2pm and Weekends from 7am 3pm pro rata with 2 days off

About You:
A talented Breakfast Chef who takes pride in delivering a smooth, well-run morning service
Experience cooking la carte breakfast to order, with a strong focus on quality and consistency
Someone who believes in creating simple, elegant dishes that speak for themselves
A genuine passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Calm, organised, and reliable, comfortable with early starts and the pace of a busy kitchen
A strong team player who communicates well and is always willing to support others

What youll be doing:
Taking ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring it runs smoothly, calmly, and to a consistently high standard
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes with care and attention to detail, delivering quality our guests can rely on
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen discipline at all times
Always looking for ways to improve, refining processes, supporting the team, and raising standards where possible
