What you will do as a Breakfast Chef de Partie

• Section Leadership: Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section during breakfast service, ensuring readiness, organisation, and excellence.
• Menu Execution: Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in flavour, texture, and visual appeal across all morning offerings.
• Team Development: Support and guide Breakfast Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation to minimise waste and maintain freshness.
• Compliance & Hygiene: Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and company policies.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintain equipment and workstations, ensuring smooth breakfast service and adherence to kitchen protocols.
• Innovation & Creativity: Contribute ideas to breakfast menu development, morning specials, and guest experiences tailored to early risers.
