Chef de Partie (Breakfast / Daytime) The Pilgrm, London Location: Paddington, London Reports to: Head Chef Salary: £30,000 per year Contract: 45 hours per week Holiday: 28 days About us The Pilgrm is an independent hotel in Paddington with a strong focus on design, culture, and food. Our Lounge is our only public space a relaxed, informal setting for both guests and locals. Breakfast and brunch are a key part of what we do, and the space can get busy, especially on weekends. The kitchen runs lean, so everyone plays an important role in keeping things consistent and running smoothly. The role Were looking for a Chef de Partie to take ownership of the kitchen during breakfast and daytime service. Youll report directly to the Head Chef, while also working independently to run the kitchen day-to-day. This is a hands-on role where youll be trusted to manage your own section end-to-end, staying aligned with the Head Chefs standards, menus, and overall direction. This is very much an independent position youll often be running the kitchen on your own, so confidence, organisation, and pace are key.
