What you'll be doing: Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items to a high standard, including large quantity buffet items.

Ensure food is fresh, beautifully presented, and served on time.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Assist with stock rotation, prep for the next day, and maintaining inventory levels.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth morning operations.

What Were Looking For: Experience in a hotel, or restaurant kitchen ideally in a breakfast chef or line cook role.

Passion for breakfast cuisine and delivering consistently high-quality dishes.

Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00AM6:00 AM).

Strong time management and organizational skills.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
