Breakfast Chef , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: You will be required to work

40 hours

per week, on a shift rota. To primarily take full ownership for the delivery of breakfast food within the hotel. To give direction to junior chefs and assist with their development, pass on your knowledge & experience. Handover with the night chef prior to the end of their shift obtaining all relevant important information. Complete your mise en place for the following day in line with business level. You must demonstrate relevant experience gained within deluxe property/hotel.
