As a Breakfast Manager, you’ll help manage the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant floor, working closely with the management team to lead service, guide the front‑of‑house team, and ensure our guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive. Experience supervising or leading teams in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting. A passion for great food, drink, and genuine hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills – you know how to motivate and support a team. A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet in a busy environment. Understanding of daily operations including rotas, bookings, cash handling, and health & safety.Aside from an OTE hourly rate of £17.40 per hour we can offer: Delicious team meals and discounts across White Rabbit Projects restaurants.
