The Breakfast Waiter/ess is responsible for providing the most efficient and refined breakfast service. Ensuring the highest standard of hospitality is delivered at all times. Set up tables and buffets, serve guests in accordance with the established standards and guest requests, cover food runner and barista duties. Ensure guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, appropriately signed or paid, and returned to the cashier Clear tables of all chinaware, silverware and glassware, and return to dishwasher area To clean and polish all chinaware and silverware, to refill containers, and replenish supply of linen flatware, glassware and chinaware in any F&B outlet when required Understand the importance of up-selling all hotels products/service at every opportunity Have a thorough understanding of the POS system To ensure a friendly, courteous, efficient and polite service is provided at all times.
