Break/Fix Printer Engineer Sheffield / Barnsley / Doncaster Covering S & DN Postcodes Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum We are currently seeking an experienced Break/Fix Printer Engineer to join our technical service team covering the Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster areas (S & DN postcodes). This is a field-based role focused on the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of printers and multifunction devices within customer environments. This position would suit a skilled engineer with strong fault-finding ability who is confident working independently and delivering high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair printers and multifunctional devices
Carry out break/fix repairs on mono and colour laser printers and MFDs
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
Install and configure new devices, including network connectivity
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and firmware-related faults
