Due to continued growth and project success, Ridge has an exciting opportunity for a BREEAM Assessor to join our expanding Sustainability team in Winchester. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their sustainability career who is eager to learn, develop, and contribute to an award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy as well as for an experienced assessor who is keen to take the next step and help us strengthen and grow our BREEAM and wider Sustainability Assessment offering. You will work closely with our Sustainability team to support the delivery of high-quality environmental assessments across a diverse portfolio of projects. For early career candidates this is a fantastic opportunity to build strong technical foundations in BREEAM with structured support and mentoring. For more experienced assessors, the role offers the chance to take ownership of assessments, contribute to best-practice development, and play a key role in shaping our approach as the service line continues to expand. About the Team Our Sustainability team provides a wide range of advisory services to clients, design teams, contractors, and Ridge's own multi-disciplinary project teams. We support projects from early concept through to handover, helping shape Sustainability strategies for individual buildings and large property portfolios.
