As Solutions Architect (Sales Engineer), you will manage presales and consultancy tasks in coordination with the Sales teams, draft system design and BOMs/quotations, and provide technical support to complete Sales proposals.

The Consultancy Team proposes technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are supported by key customer technical decision-makers. They should also provide market feedback to the Market & Solutions Team based on on-the-ground experience as a customer-facing expert.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Pre-sales tasks in coordination with the Sales teams.
  2. Participate in external and internal customer-facing events, including trade shows and panels.
  3. Maintain up-to-date information in Key Account Plans.
  4. Organize and carry out product demonstrations remotely or on customer premises, including POCs.
  5. Work with customers to define system architecture.
  6. Develop and enhance solutions based on customer requirements.
  7. Draft system designs and BOMs/quotations; support the completion of Sales proposals.
  8. Create responses to RFx requests, including technical documentation and drawings.
  9. Plan project phases in conjunction with PMO and manage hand-over to Support teams post-sale.
  10. Gather competitive intelligence and EVS user case information.
  11. Provide market trend feedback to the Markets & Solutions team.
  12. Build, maintain, and operate demo systems and setups.
