With a strong reputation for service and expertise, we work closely with brokers and intermediaries to deliver tailored lending products that support their clients’ needs.

The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced proactive sales professionals to join our Manchester office. This role will focus on building and developing relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and partners to drive new business opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting our specialist lending products and ensuring our broker network is fully supported.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage relationships with brokers and introducers.

* Identify and convert new business opportunities in the market.

* Present and promote our product offering to brokers through meetings, calls, and events.

* Deliver excellent service and support to ensure strong broker loyalty.

* Work closely with BDMs on the road to ensure smooth application and completion processes.

About You

* Proven track record in business development, ideally within lending, property sales or lettings .

* Experience in Bridging finance is highly desirable.

* Strong broker network and ability to build lasting professional relationships.

* Excellent at structuring and understanding complex deals.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded.

* Comfortable working in a fully office-based role in the Watford .
