Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Client Services team. Handle inbound calls and emails professionally. Communicate with surveyors, brokers, and corporate clients. Allocate and process new instructions efficiently. Progress chase applications to ensure timely service. Provide accurate quotations. Deliver general office and administrative support throughout the day.Requirements:
