I am looking for an exceptional engineer to take ownership of a mission-critical payments platform, powering real-time money movement for high-value clients around the world.

You’ll sit at the heart of a fast-scaling payments ecosystem, designing and operating systems that bridge fragmented financial networks and make them feel seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building robust backend services that power high-volume transaction flows
• Integrating with multiple third-party payment systems and making them reliable
• Investigating and resolving live transaction issues under real-world conditions
• Creating monitoring, alerting, and failover systems that prevent problems before they escalate
• Shipping new integrations at pace while maintaining system stability
• Improving the developer experience for clients using your APIs

What You Bring

• Experience building or working on payment systems, fintech products, or transaction-heavy platforms
• Strong backend engineering skills, with the ability to operate across the full stack when needed
• Confidence working in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and systems are live
• A mindset focused on resilience — you think in terms of failure modes, not just happy paths
• Ability to debug under pressure and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A bias for action — you ship, iterate, and improve continuously

Nice to have:

Experience with regulatory or security frameworks, or exposure to emerging market payment systems.
