LOCATION: Hybrid role – working part from the office in Wokingham and part from home.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent.
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Building Control Surveyor / Inspector with experience in Building Inspection / Building Control / Surveying or similar.
In this role, you will manage portfolios of domestic and non-domestic construction projects, providing expert advice, supervision, and consultancy services.
The organisation is willing to consider candidates at any experience level, offering ongoing training and support for career development.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Building Inspector status at Class 2F level
- Professional Building Control Qualification (RICS, CABE, or equivalent)
- Experience with building regulations and legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills
- Commitment to service excellence
