Description

The Building Host will:

Act as the first point of contact for building tenants and visitors, providing professional assistance and support. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building reception, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard. Be actively involved with the marketing team organising business events and activities. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues. Manage tenant requests and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. Assist with the implementation of health and safety procedures within the building. Support the Facilities Management team with administrative and operational tasks as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building operations and tenant interactions.Profile

A successful Building Host should have:

Previous experience in building or office management. Excellent customer service skills and client management experience. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to building management. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools. The ability commute to Bolton on a daily basis. Some flexibility to work outside normal working hours to cater for business events.Job Offer
