Building Maintenance Engineer \n\nWest London (Door-to-Door Travel Paid) – £41,000 + Overtime + Van + fuel card\n\n Are you an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer looking for a mobile role cover West London and the surrounding areas, with paid door-to-door travel, excellent overtime rates, and working on an exciting leisure portfolio?\n We are recruiting for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover sites across West London and the surrounding areas. \n\nThe Role – Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer\n \nAs a Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of leisure facilities.\n Key Responsibilities: \n\nPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs):\n \nEmergency lighting testing \nFire door inspections and minor remedials \nWater temperature monitoring \nLegionella compliance tasks \nGeneral statutory compliance checks Reactive Maintenance:\n \nBasic electrical repairs (lamps, ballasts, sockets, fault finding) \nBasic plumbing (taps, toilets, minor leaks) \nReplacing ceiling tiles and carpet tiles \nMinor decorating and making good \nGeneral building fabric repairs This is a varied, hands-on mobile maintenance role suited to an all-rounder with strong building services knowledge.\n\nSalary & Benefits \n£41,000 \nDoor-to-door travel paid \nStandard rate paid for the first 50 hours per week (including travel) \nOvertime:\n \n1.5x Monday–Saturday after 50 hours \nDouble time Sundays & Bank Holidays \nCompany van & fuel card provided \nLong-term, stable contract within the leisure sector Requirements \nProven experience as a Building Maintenance Engineer / Fabric Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer \nExperience carrying out PPMs including emergency lighting, fire doors & water compliance \nBasic electrical and plumbing competency \nGood all-round building fabric skills \nFull UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) \nMust supply your own hand tools \nFlexible to cover 1.5 hours from Manchester Please sent your CV in to us now!\n\n#eng1
