BMS Package Manager – Large Scale Project

£85,000 – £90,000 + Excellent Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a leading contractor delivering complex projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical environments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

The Role

As a BMS Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring seamless integration, commissioning, and handover across large-scale data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handover Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendors Ensure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive programme milestones Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant standards Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and updates

Requirements

Proven experience as a BMS Package Manager, BMS Project Manager, or similar role Strong background working on data centre or mission-critical projects In-depth knowledge of BMS / controls systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.) Experience managing specialist subcontractors and commissioning processes Strong communication and coordination skills
