BMS Commissioning Engineer - 6 Month Contract

Edison Smart are currently supporting a leading BMS provider with immediate commissioning requirements across multiple critical facilities projects in and around London.

This role is suited to experienced BMS Commissioning Engineers with a strong background in delivering projects within high-spec environments such as data centres, pharma, or other mission-critical sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning of BMS systems across new and existing critical facilities

• Working with Tridium Niagara (Niagara N4) for integration, testing and optimisation

• Point-to-point checks, functional testing, and system validation

• Supporting FAT/SAT and site acceptance processes

• Diagnosing and resolving commissioning issues across HVAC and plant systems

• Working closely with project managers, controls engineers, and site teams

• Ensuring systems are delivered in line with project specifications and timelines

Required Experience

• Proven background in BMS commissioning within critical or high-value environments

• Strong experience with Tridium Niagara (N4 essential)

• Good understanding of HVAC plant, control strategies, and system integration

• Ability to work independently on-site and manage commissioning phases

• Experience working on live or fast-paced construction/upgrade projects

Contract Details

• 6-month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension

• London-based projects, must be commutable

• Immediate or short notice availability preferred
