As our portfolio grows, we’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Building Safety & Compliance Manager to take the reins on all things health, safety, and compliance across our developments, and to grow into our future Head of Building Safety & Compliance.

This role goes beyond just ticking boxes. You'll be: Leading compliance efforts across a diverse residential portfolio located across London Supporting delivery of the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Regulations, and Golden Thread across developments Creating and maintaining policies, internal audits, and site inspections Reviewing FRA reports, structural risk assessments, and building safety cases Liaising directly with the Building Safety Regulator and key statutory bodies Maintaining digital compliance records and incident logs via our digital platform Leading training, toolbox talks, and fostering a strong internal culture of safety Collaborating closely with our unique portfolio teams to ensure delivery within budget and timelines Driving continuous improvement across our buildings and building safety KPIs
