An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join a construction company based in London. The ideal candidate will have a background within HVAC maintenance for large commercial buildings and will have a background within mechanical and electrical engineering.

The role will be site based at buildings primarily in West and Central London. A company van is provided so a full UK driving license is required.

Building Services Engineer Key Skills:
Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within building services / HVAC
Excellent PPM experience for HVAC, fire alarm systems, lighting etc
MEP background
18th Edition and F-Gas certified would be ideal
Documentation writing and review experience including RAMS
Mechanical and Electrical background
Full UK Driving License

Building Services Engineer Responsibilities:
Attending sites in London and managing maintenance of HVAC systems
Performing PPM across building sites
Diagnose and resolve system faults and make repairs
Writing and reviewing RAMS documentation
Ensuring H&S standards are kept to
Minor plumbing fixes
