What You'll Be Doing:
As a Building Services Engineer, you will:
Provide essential electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the site.
Work with a variety of plant and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Implement and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to keep our facilities in top condition.
Assist with and oversee new installations, contributing your expertise to exciting projects.
Provide crucial maintenance cover during our busy Festival and Autumn seasons, ensuring our operations run seamlessly. What We're Looking For:
We seek a dynamic individual who:
Has completed a recognised Electrical Engineering apprenticeship.
Brings at least 1 year of experience in a maintenance environment.
Holds a C&G Level 3 qualification or equivalent (e.g., FTC/ONC/NVQ).
Demonstrates a reasonable understanding of statutory health and safety requirements.
Is a diverse and flexible multi-skilled worker with a strong customer service focus.
Is comfortable working at height from various platforms and in confined spaces.
Remains calm under pressure, especially in emergencies. Special Requirements:
Willingness to participate in a 24-hour call-out rota (additional payment provided).
Ability to join a show cover rota (one week in three during performance schedules, with time off in lieu).
Must have your own transport.Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,463.82, depending on experience, along with additional on-call and call-out payments of £3,570 per annum. You'll work 35 hours a week, with the possibility of additional hours, including evenings and weekends, for which overtime will be paid.
