Our clinet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Manager / MEP Manager to join our team permanently. This role is pivotal in overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our projects, with the initial assignment being a key part of a £45 million fit-out project for a new factory.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all MEP systems including BMS, Mechanical, Electrical installations, sprinkler systems, and other mechanical and electrical installations.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and relevant standards.

Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver MEP systems on time and within budget.

Lead the planning, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases of MEP systems.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Resolve technical issues and challenges related to MEP systems during construction.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team on MEP-related matters.
