True are partnering with a market-leading, low-carbon building services specialist, delivering innovative design, manufacturing and installation solutions across complex, high-value projects. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint a Mechanical Building Services Manager to play a key role across both bid and delivery phases.
This is a high-impact, end-to-end role, sitting at the centre of pre-construction, design and operations. You’ll act as the single point of contact across pre-construction, leading mechanical input into bids, shaping technical solutions, and ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery from day one.
From reviewing tender documentation and supporting bid strategy, through to advising design teams and supporting delivery on live projects, this role offers a rare blend of technical, commercial and operational influence.
Building Services Manager Package:
* £80,000-£85,000 Basic Salary
