M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Central London £400 per day Ltd Co.We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Manager to join our clients' team on a high-end commercial project in Central London.This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a strong project team, taking full responsibility for overseeing all mechanical and electrical services installations from initial coordination through to commissioning and final handover.Role ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on siteCoordinate M&E installations in line with the overall project programmeReview and assess drawings, specifications, and technical submissionsChair and lead building services coordination meetingsEnsure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health & safety standardsManage commissioning activities and oversee final system handoverRequirementsProven experience as an M&E ManagerBackground in delivering commercial construction projectsStrong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services installationsSolid understanding of BMS and lighting control systemsExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating services packagesValid SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS certificationDegree-qualified in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringWhat's on OfferCompetitive day rate: £400Opportunity to work on a prestigious Central London projectCollaborative and professional project environmentFor more information contact Steve Snelling at Fawkes and Reece London JBRP1_UKTJ
