What you will be doing The successful candidate will be experienced in managing design, delivery, and commissioning of Building services in a construction environmentWorking with pre-construction teams to make sure client requirements are met and proposals reflect their needs and the contractMaking sure all Building services needs are met, reflected in the building and fabric with information delivered in good timeManaging the Design, Drawings and approvals process in line with programme.Making sure projects comply with building regulations, planning conditions, specifications and any 3rd part accreditationsSupporting Planning teams in making sure building services are fully integrated into the delivery programme and execution plansEstablishing and managing quality systems to make sure high standards and specifications are metMonitoring progress against targets and assisting the project management team with making sure specialist contractors resource and approach the project as neededSupport the quantity surveying and commercial teams with review of changes to contract and valuations of the workManaging the commissioning process and training to make sure all systems operate as design, design and validation teams are satisfied and building users trained in operationAttending client progress and technical meetingsChairing specialist design, progress, and commissioning meetings What We're Looking ForApplicants should have as a minimum one of the following or equivalent: Technically Qualified in a Mechanical or Electrical Trade within a Consultancy, Main Contractor or Sub Contractor Management backgroundBTEC in Building Services Engineering, Operations and Maintenance EngineeringElectrical or Mechanical Building Services to HNC / HND levelDegree in Building Services Engineering How to Apply:If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your expertise and innovation, we'd love to hear from you!
